Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 piece of salmon (or other protein)
- Fish-friendly seasoning of your choice
- Grill paper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, Dijon mustard, chives, tarragon, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Preheat your grill to 375°F.
- Place the salmon on grill paper and season generously.
- Grill the salmon for about 10 minutes without flipping.
- Add spoonfuls of the mustard-herb butter on top and grill for an additional 10 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach around 130°F.
- Remove from grill and serve hot with lemon juice.
