Ingredients
- 5 links hot Italian sausage (4 ounces each)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bell peppers and onions. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Poke holes in each sausage link with a toothpick to prevent bursting.
- Place vegetables in a grill basket and grill for about 2 minutes.
- Add sausages directly onto the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked (approximately 8 minutes total), stirring vegetables occasionally.
