Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin until fully cooked (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  2. Warm corn tortillas in a separate skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each tortilla along with some onions and cheese. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
