Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower florets.
- In a small bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
