Instructions
- In a 9" x 13" baking dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Dip each Hawaiian roll in the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated. Soak for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook half of the soaked rolls until golden brown on each side (about 6 minutes total). Transfer to a warm plate.
- Wipe the skillet if necessary and repeat with the remaining butter and rolls.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings like maple syrup or fresh berries.
