- 1 tablespoon blue food coloring
- 1 tablespoon purple food coloring

Instructions
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls; mix blue food coloring in one and purple in the other.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside tall glasses. Pour in blue mixture first, then purple; swirl gently.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle more chocolate syrup, and add sprinkles and optional decorations.
- Serve immediately with colorful straws!
