- 1 pound mini cocktail sausages
- 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly dust a surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry. Cut into strips about 1 inch wide and 4 inches long.
- Wrap each mini sausage in a pastry strip, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and thyme for the glaze. Brush each wrapped sausage with beaten egg and drizzle glaze over them.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
