- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 6 slices white bread (cut into thirds)

- ½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Cut each slice of bread into thirds to form sticks and dip them into the egg mixture until well-coated.
- On a shallow plate, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat it with nonstick spray. Cook the dipped sticks for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Roll warm sticks in the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately after cooking.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
