Instructions
- Remove pits from peaches and cut them into quarters.
- Blend peach quarters in a food processor until smooth but not liquefied.
- Cook the puree in either a slow cooker on low (for several hours) or on the stovetop over medium-low heat (30-40 minutes), stirring frequently.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired.
