Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken pieces with honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Wrap each piece of chicken in half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Optionally, brush additional honey on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra sweetness.
