- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- Marinate chicken: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and ground ginger. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare for breading: Set up three shallow dishes with flour (mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder), beaten egg, and panko bread crumbs.
- Bread the chicken: Remove each tender from marinade, dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
- Preheat air fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place tenders in a single layer, lightly spray tops again. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot: Drizzle with remaining honey sauce if desired and enjoy!
