- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Remove chicken from skillet; add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet; toss to coat in sauce and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
