Instructions

- Squeeze fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of juice; strain if desired.
- In a large pitcher, mix cooled honey mixture, lemon juice, and cranberry juice thoroughly.
- Slowly pour in sparkling water; stir gently to maintain bubbles.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
