- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and emulsified.
- For hand mixing: In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
