Ingredients
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, seeded and chopped
- 1 large bunch broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar (or honey), salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to meld flavors.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled bacon for added crunch.
