  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, seeded and chopped
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar (or honey), salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled bacon for added crunch.
