  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin cups about ¾ full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Press mini marshmallows on top and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
