  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup hot honey
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fries (frozen or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or make homemade fries by soaking cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then baking or frying until golden.
  2. Bread the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika in a third bowl. Dip each chicken tender into flour, then egg, followed by breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and drizzle hot honey over them while warm.
  4. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese and croutons.
