- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- ½ cup hot honey
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Fries (frozen or homemade)
Instructions
- Prepare fries according to package instructions or make homemade fries by soaking cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then baking or frying until golden.
- Bread the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika in a third bowl. Dip each chicken tender into flour, then egg, followed by breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and drizzle hot honey over them while warm.
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Serve the salad topped with hot honey crispy chicken tenders alongside crispy fries.
