- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Chili Powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 C BBQ Sauce of Your Choice
Instructions
- Coat chicken thighs with olive oil and mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
- Sear chicken in the Instant Pot on the sauté function for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add BBQ sauce, seal the lid, and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes with a quick release.
- Shred the chicken using two forks, then return it to the pot to absorb the sauce.
