Ingredients
- 2 racks pork spareribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 bottle Kansas City-style barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and coat a grill pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dry rub ingredients until well combined.
- Pat the ribs dry, trim excess fat, and generously apply the spice rub on both sides.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for approximately 2½ hours, rotating as needed.
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes before serving.
