  3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Insert cheese into each potato stick and coat in flour mix, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry sticks in batches until golden brown (4-5 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
