- 1 medium head of cauliflower (riced)
- ¾ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 pound imitation crab meat (or real crab meat)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil; sauté riced cauliflower with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, avocado, and chopped green onions until well combined.
- In a greased baking dish, layer cooked cauliflower rice followed by the crab mixture.
- Prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise with sriracha; drizzle half over the crab mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
- Drizzle remaining spicy mayo on top before serving.
