Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix ground graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into a pie pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- Blend cream cheese until smooth; mix in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust; bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least three hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla; top the pie with whipped cream before serving.
