- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Coat well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Prepare for Cheese: Reduce heat to medium and sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken. Cover and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy hot with rice or noodles.
