Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce lobster tails
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted clarified butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce by melting butter in a saucepan and mixing in garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and salt. Set aside.
- Use kitchen shears to butterfly the lobster tails and loosen the flesh while keeping it attached.
- Brush the meat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the lobster tails meat side down for 5-6 minutes; flip and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the grilled tails drizzled with lemon garlic butter sauce and garnish with smoked paprika.
