- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 chicken breast cutlets (or sliced chicken breasts)
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil with lemon zest.
- In another dish, combine flour, panko, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in lemon oil, then dredge in the breading mixture.
- Cook in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add lemon slices during the last few minutes to caramelize.
