- 1 cup crawfish tails (or shrimp), cooked
- 1 cup creamy étouffée sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven as per frozen fry package instructions. Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and toss to coat. Bake until crispy.
- Heat the étouffée sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in crawfish tails until warmed through.
- Top hot fries with shredded cheddar cheese to melt.
- Generously spoon crawfish étouffée over the cheesy fries and garnish with green onions.
