- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprigs and lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine diced mango and lime juice. Blend until smooth; strain if desired.
- In serving glasses, add mint leaves and honey/agave. Gently muddle to release mint oils.
- Fill each glass with ice, pour in mango puree until three-quarters full, then top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lime slices. Serve immediately.
