Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently muddle fresh berries until juices are released.
- Add mint leaves and honey (or agave syrup) to the bowl; lightly mash together.
- Stir in lime juice to combine flavors.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and evenly distribute the berry-mint mixture into each glass.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to mix.
- Garnish each drink with a sprig of mint and additional berries before serving.
