- 3 cans Mexican-style corn (11-ounce cans)
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin until smooth.
- Stir in drained corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, and jalapeño until well mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
