- 1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (28-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain excess grease. Stir in marinara sauce and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth. Fold in ravioli gently.
- Spread the ravioli mixture in the baking dish, top with meat sauce, remaining Parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
