- 10 ounces trottole pasta

Instructions
- Cook trottole pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the minced beef with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté onions in the same skillet until translucent, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and mix in the cooked trottole, ensuring everything is well-coated with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
