- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 cup juice
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Pour in the pepperoncini juice and layer the peppers around the chicken.
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasonings over the chicken evenly.
- Add butter pieces on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks, mixing it with the sauce before serving.
