- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages vanilla instant pudding
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mixes until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until well combined. Gently fold in Cool Whip, reserving some for topping.
- Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip on the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Layer graham crackers across the bottom, then spread one-third of the cream filling over the crackers followed by a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with the cream filling on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top for a finishing touch.
