  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas and melted butter until combined.
  3. Stir in baking soda and salt. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, add half of the Nutella on top, and swirl gently with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
