- 1 package (16 ounces) Nutter Butter cookies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- Sea salt for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix crushed cookies, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate using a fork and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets. Refrigerate for at least one hour until hardened.
