- 36 regular Oreo cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) package brick-style cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or white)
Instructions
- Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreos in a blender or food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve a few tablespoons for topping.
- Combine the Oreo crumbs with cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
- Melt your chosen chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short increments until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top if desired.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens (about 20 minutes).
