Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly. Toss them in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Arrange the seasoned wings on the wire rack and bake for 45-50 minutes until crispy and cooked through (internal temp should reach 170°F).
- While baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce by mixing Frank’s hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a bowl.
- Once baked, toss the wings in Buffalo sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.
