  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly. Toss them in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme.

  4. While baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce by mixing Frank’s hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a bowl.
