- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Water, for steaming
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and add 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add dumplings in a single layer and fry until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
- Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.
