Ingredients
- 2 pounds green cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1/3 cup diced dill pickles
- Salt and cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sugar, dill pickle juice, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and add diced dill pickles. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give it a good stir and enjoy chilled.
