Ingredients
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced

- 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, cucumbers, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture. Add chopped cilantro and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
