- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread pizza sauce over it.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Layer on the toppings creatively and finish with remaining cheese, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
