  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes and nose)
  • Large marshmallows (for the face)
  • Decorative sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Gradually combine dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Chill in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll dough to ¼ inch thick and cut out bear shapes.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden; cool on a wire rack.
  5. Frost cooled cookies and decorate with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
