- 1 package (15.25 ounces) Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using a small cookie scoop or your hands. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork and return to the baking sheet to let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Chill again for another 30 minutes before serving.
