Ingredients
- 2 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce ginger syrup
- 2 ounces bourbon or rum
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Crushed graham crackers (for rim)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rim glasses with whipped cream and dip into crushed graham crackers. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pumpkin puree, lemon juice, ginger syrup, bourbon or rum, pumpkin pie spice, and ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into prepared glasses without disturbing the rim.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
