  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, spices, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy; mix in egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin until combined.
