- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, pumpkin purée, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Blend using a hand mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually drizzle in olive oil while blending to achieve your desired consistency. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
