Instructions
- In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil until the dip reaches a smooth consistency. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
