Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped radishes, diced red onion, sliced spring onions, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly. Taste and adjust lime juice or salt as needed.
- Let the pico de gallo sit for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld. For enhanced taste, chill in the fridge for up to 30 minutes before serving.
