- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus more for glaze)

- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries and melted white chocolate chips.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold corners over filling and pinch to seal tightly before placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, whisk remaining powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to prepare the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over baked bites after cooling slightly.
