  • 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/4 pounds sliced deli corned beef
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll one tube of crescent dough on a floured surface and press it into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix rinsed sauerkraut with Thousand Island dressing.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese over the baked crust, followed by corned beef, the sauerkraut mixture, and remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. Unroll the second tube of crescent dough on top and brush with egg white; sprinkle caraway seeds.
